What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialized Transportation Coordinator position at Coordinated Transportation Solutions?
- Expand specialized transportation opportunities and maintain relationships with boards of education, clients, caseworkers, third-party administrators, attorneys and
- Assist with preparing quotes, proposals and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate transportation between clients and transportation
- Manage requests using telephone, voicemail, email and computerized scheduling
- Maintain manual and electronic data collection
- Monitor transportation provider performance across contracts and escalate concerns to leadership as needed.
- Intake complaints for all contracts.
- Aid in the research/development of the provider network as needed for Specialized Transportation department
Education and/or Experience:
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
The ability to understand more advanced computer skills and be proficient in using the internet and software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
The Specialized Transportation Coordinator 1(CSR1) position will require that all essential duties and responsibilities are being met in order to qualify for CTS’ work from home policy ,should all Home office requirements be met, it is recommended this position be eligible for part or full time work from home; however, there may be times, such as initial RFP review and developing themes with the larger team that the CSR 1 position would be required, on-site, as well as an initial CTS immersion to learn about the industry and our business model; individual in the position
Shift : Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Hourly Rate of Pay $18.50
