Description :
If you're an Engineer looking to break into sales, Copeland has a great opportunity for you! Based in our CUDAHY, WI location, you will work with the Vilter Lifecycle Services sales team to generate quotes for new opportunities, manage customer data and promote our technology to favorably position us for future business opportunities.
AS A SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER YOU WILL :
- Prepare proposals for Vilter Genuine parts and major equipment spares
- Manage customer profiles including multipliers, incentives and historical sales analytics
- Track in-process Lifecycle Services orders and communicate status to customers
- Work seamlessly with Lifecycle Services sales team and existing customer operation's teams to develop, propose and close new lifecycle service solutions
- Build meaningful and lasting relationships by promoting Vilter's broad value proposition that will position us for future project opportunities
- Acquire the deep understanding of our customer's needs and challenges to provide them the most efficient and effective solutions
- Expand upon Vilter's project scope on each opportunity
- Work closely with sales, application engineering, marketing, R&D and management on market challenges and requirements
- Perform analytics to track customer sales and ordering trends
- Support product pricing for Lifecycle Services parts and services to improve sales
- Complete Sales Plans to exceed defined sales and gross margin objectives
