Location: Copiers NW Seattle Distribution Center
Normal Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $20-23 per hour DOE
Hiring Bonus: $1,500 ($500.00 after 30 days, $1,000.00 following one-year anniversary)

Job Summary:
The Seattle Warehouse Assistant is an entry level position that will primarily interact with the Operations, Service and Sales employees of the Seattle branch. The Seattle Warehouse is the primary support location of all Copiers Northwest’s Washington locations. This position reports to the Seattle Warehouse Supervisor as part of the Order Processing Operations Team. The immediate responsibility is for a high volume picking and shipping desk but will be cross trained on other warehouse responsibilities.
Key Duties:
- 1-2 years of previous part-time or full-time employment
- Ability to work a regular M-F 8-5 schedule, or as arranged with Supervisor, without tardiness or unexcused absences
- Standard Warehouse dress code
- Clear communication skills, verbal and written
- Some experience with computers, email, phones
- Ability to follow directions without direct supervision
- Ability to accurately pick and ship orders
- Experience unloading and loading trucks, including accurately notate and sign BOLs
- Adaptable to a changing environment, including new duties, new polices/procedures
- Professional and Positive attitude
- Willing and Excited to Learn and Grow
- Common sense
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in document solution or office machine industry preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED

- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality requirements
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office products are a plus

- Must be able to hear auditory alarms, speak, concentrate, analyze and solve complex issues throughout the course of the workday

- Must have reliable transportation and meet minimum insurance requirements
- Must be able to read and comprehend technical documents
- Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time throughout the course of the workday
- Maybe required to work outside normal business hours including mornings and evenings
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
