As we expand into new consumer product categories, we are seeking a highly motivated Product Development & Market Research Manager to drive innovation from concept through commercialization across retail and digital channels. Role Overview The Product Manager – Product Development & Market Research will own the full product journey, from market discovery to product launch. This hands-on role blends creativity, operational excellence, and commercial strategy. The ideal candidate has experience launching consumer products in Food, Drug, Mass (FDM), and Club channels, as well as scaling products on Amazon. The role focuses on: • Identifying new product opportunities aligned with Copper Compression’s mission and brand positioning• Developing unique product features ensuring channel readiness for retail and eCommerce• Managing sourcing, costing, and supplier relationships Key Responsibilities Market Research & Customer Discovery• Conduct market research, identify trends, and assess growth opportunities• Perform competitive analysis and track industry developments• Validate product ideas and ensure product-market fit Product Development• Translate insights into product concepts, requirements, and specifications• Oversee product development from prototype through production• Partner with Head of Product to evaluate and manage manufacturers• Define product roadmaps, features, and priorities Strategy & Execution• Develop business cases, including pricing and positioning recommendations• Collaborate with both channels Wholesale and Amazon on go-to-market strategy• Monitor post-launch product performance.• Continuously improve products based on market and user insights Product Differentiation & Execution• Enhance designs to create clear unique selling propositions (USPs)• Ensure products are channel ready with complete packaging, compliance, and specifications Amazon & Digital Product Readiness• Ensure compliance, accurate product listings, and optimized content• Monitor post-launch feedback, reviews, and return data for continuous improvement Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing• 5–7 years of experience in product management, product development, or market research for Wholesale and Amazon channels• Strong experience in market and competitive analysis• Ability to translate insights into clear product requirements• Proven track record launching new products from concept to market• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities• Adaptability / flexibility• Strong organizational skills• Efficiency under pressure• Fast-paced environmentGreat benefits.
