Position: HOA Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HOA Manager to oversee the daily operations and long-term planning for multiple homeowners’ associations. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between homeowners, vendors, and the Board of Directors, ensuring that the community functions efficiently and in compliance with all governing documents and state laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and Board members.
- Coordinate and attend Board meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up.
- Enforce CC&Rs, bylaws, and community rules consistently and fairly.
- Manage vendor contracts, property maintenance schedules, and community projects.
- Oversee budgets, assessments, and financial reports in collaboration with accounting teams.
- Handle community correspondence, including violation notices, newsletters, and homeowner requests.
- Maintain compliance with the Arizona Revised Statutes and other applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
· Demonstrated excellence in communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
· Minimum of one year of experience in HOA management preferred but will train the right person; familiarity with Caliber software is a plus.
· Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
