Copper Valley Telecom is currently seeking an energetic individual to provide excellent customer service to members and customers. The selected applicant will become very familiar with all company products and services and will be responsible for selling those products, troubleshooting customer issues as needed, and performing various clerical and commercial duties. A strong sense of teamwork is essential for this position. The ideal candidate would be sufficient in office equipment and Microsoft applications, have excellent communication skills, and have two years of customer service experience in a business setting.
This is a full time, hourly, non-exempt position with a starting wage of $23.18 per hour with a scheduled increase at 6 months of employment, and annually thereafter. This is an IBEW represented position (need not be a current member to apply) and requires satisfactory results of a background check and drug screen (excluding marijuana).
