Our ideal candidate has experience working in worker’s compensation, understands the health care industry and is flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Performs Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and Work Conditioning Evaluations as needed

Performs worker’s compensation active peer review to:
o Monitor workers compensation progression
o Monitor documentation and assure all scripts are correct
o Monitor completion and delivery of weekly status report
o Monitor charges - Performs onsite services within the scope of each individual’s state licensure
- Verbally reports significant information or changes in a patient’s condition to the appropriate therapist immediately
- Maintains a safe and clean work area as standardized in the clinic policies and procedures
- Assists with the maintenance of patients’ medical records
- Understands and follow all CORA policies and procedures
- Maintains patient confidentiality
- Performs any other duties as directed by supervisor
- Travels as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Allied Health profession such as Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or Physical/Occupational Therapy
- Previous experience with Worker’s Compensation recommended but not required
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with patients
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility with work hours
