In this role you will support the recruitment process by advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work collaboratively with HR staff to help attract, identify, and hire top talent. This position will be on-site for all or part of the introductory period and hybrid thereafter.

Responsibilities Include
- Uphold the mission, vision, and values of CORA Services, which includes valuing all individuals, supporting an individual’s potential for growth, and enhancing a programmatic service system approach.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews; ensure timely communication & necessary preparation for both candidates and interviewers; serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Post job openings and assist with sourcing candidates (including identifying & attending job fairs and networking events on behalf of CORA Services)
- Assist with screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and managing applicant tracking system (currently UKG); help ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws & regulations
- Prepare job offer letters; assist with onboarding process for new hires and internal transfers; assist with maintenance of proper documentation for hiring processes and employee records; help ensure candidates have a positive experience through the offer acceptance and onboarding process
- High school diploma or GED required; applicants with a bachelor’s degree in HR management or other business discipline, or those currently enrolled in a relevant degree program strongly preferred
- Previous experience providing administrative support for talent acquisition/recruiting or other HR functions required; at least 2 years of continuous employment in an HR department strongly preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to develop job postings, write offer letters, and present information about CORA and job opportunities to the public
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Working knowledge of at least one applicant tracking system (UKG preferred); proficiency with MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and resources
