Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Internship

Summary:

We are looking to hire Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Interns at our office in San Mateo, CA. Please keep in mind this is an on-site internship. The internship will allow students to get started in terms of learning sales, marketing, and the financial aspects of the industry. Students will be training hands-on to learn how to speak with clients and start working on deals. There is a potential for unlimited growth within this role.

This is a commission-based internship with a high ceiling of earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect for new clientele while establishing solid relationships within the industry
• Assist in conducting market research and financial analysis to identify potential commercial real estate opportunities.
• Support brokers in client meetings by providing information on available properties and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for property listings.
• Assist in drafting contracts and agreements under the supervision of experienced brokers.
• Utilize communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
