Calling all night owls! Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is seeking a Year Round, Full-Time Night Auditor for the front desk at the Mansion. The successful candidate must have a friendly and welcoming attitude and be guest focused. This position provides efficient service and creating memorable experiences by making connections with all guests and members. In this position, you will have a direct impact on the overall experience of our hotel guests and be responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment guests arrive at the hotel until they check out.
The Night Auditor will welcome our guests and accurately verify all information during the check in process and following up during check out. In this role, accuracy and accountability of payment verification, process of deposits, check cashing and exchange of currency is essential. This is the ideal position for someone who has a passion for guest service, values problem resolution, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to accurately compute mathematical calculations and handle reporting in Microsoft applications.
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests and visitors to their understanding, both in person and by telephone.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- The ability to work a night schedule.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- High School Diploma a must, at least a 2-year college degree preferred
