Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Perform and review account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Support financial statement preparation and compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to accounting staff as needed.
