Senior Accountant

Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant. This role will support inventory accounting, month-end close, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and proficient in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
•             Assist with inventory accounting, ensuring accuracy in valuation and reporting.
•             Support the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
•             Perform bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
•             Manage accounts payable (AP), including invoice processing and vendor payments.
•             Oversee accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely billing and collections.
•             Maintain financial records and assist with audits as needed.

Qualifications:
•             Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•             1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in inventory accounting.
•             Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
•             Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
•             Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
