About the Role:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan, with a primary focus on adults and older adults.
Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other clinicians to develop integrated treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.
