Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service experiences. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with professionalism and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism.


• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and accurately.


• Provide detailed information about products and services offered.


• Process orders, refunds, and exchanges following company policies.


• Document customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.


• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been satisfactorily resolved.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.


• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.


• Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software.


• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
