Sales Representative – Concrete Cutting & Demolition Contractor

Location: [Denver, CO]

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Compensation: Base Commission (based on experience and performance)

Core & Saw, a leading concrete cutting and demolition contractor serving Colorado and Texas, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is ambitious, organized, and excited to build relationships in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through site visits, calls, emails, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, project managers, and estimators
• Visit construction sites to generate leads and gather job details
• Provide estimates, quotes, and proposals in coordination with the estimating team
• Follow up on all bids, proposals, and ongoing opportunities
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure client needs are met
• Track activities, progress, and communications in CRM system
• Attend industry events and represent the Core & Saw brand professionally

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (construction industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand construction documents is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally to job sites and client meetings
• Basic computer skills (CRM, email, Google Workspace or MS Office)
