Seeking to hire a Desktop Support Technician with our client in Columbia, SC, one of the leading insurance organizations in the southeast!
Excellent opportunity for a recent Computer Science college graduate or for someone with a couple of years of desktop support experience who is seeking to continue their career growth with one of the largest employers in SC!
W2 long term contract, US Authorized worker status required (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD) no Corp to Corp.
Hybrid position in Columbia, SC, three days onsite, 2 days remote. Candidates must be local to Columbia SC or within a comfortable commuting distance and able to work onsite 3 days a week.
What you will do in this role:
- Manage and work software deployment queue in ServiceNow, facilitate engagement with Procurement/Contracts team as needed, reconcile assets on set schedule, provide status updates to requestors as required
Education/Experience required:
- Associates Degree in Computer Science OR 2 years Technical Operations support experience, specific to PC deployment.
- ServiceNow, ICD, Microsoft Office Suite
- Nice To Have Skills: Azure
