General Manager
Salary: Up to $120,000 20% Bonus

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for hotel and food & beverage operations
- Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability
- Ensure high standards of service delivery across all departments
- Collaborate with ownership and institutional partners to align operational goals
- Recruit, train, and develop management and hourly team members
- Maintain compliance with brand, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- General Manager or senior operations leadership experience
- Strong background in Food & Beverage oversight
- Experience working within a campus, institutional, or multi-stakeholder environment preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations
