JOB SUMMARY Coordinates program planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with members of the team primarily with More Life Mas Vida but also across Healthier Communities. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Education Preferred degrees or areas of study: Business, Sociology, Public Health, Project Management, Communications or other related. Experience Project management, program development, facilitating focus groups, community outreach, creating and administering surveys, community partner collaboration, public speaking, relationship building, grant procurement, process improvement. Skills/Qualities: Innovative, public speaking, comfortable with change, relational, collaborative, organized, strong time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to coordinate multiple projects at a time, passion for health equity, willing to work occasional nights and weekends if needed, computer skills such as: Microsoft, Excel, Miro ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinates program planning, and implementation in collaboration with members of the team. • Develop and maintain network with internal and external partners to support programming. Develops support systems for client population and coordinates program with other system-wide and community support programs. • Oversees data collection and record management. Ensures that required documentation for activities within areas of responsibility is performed in a timely manner. • Acts as a client advocate, crossing multidisciplinary lines to meet client needs. Communicates, collaborates, networks with and acts as a consultant to other members of team within and outside Spectrum Health. • Identifies opportunities for philanthropic support to support program objectives. • Participates in Hospital / Community committees as member and consultant.
