Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Director/Manager/Supervisor, repairs/replacements mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems serving the buildings & grounds of the campus.
Essential Functions
Assists the Maintenance Tech in the repair/replacement of mechanical/HVAC equipment.
Performs routine repairs/replacement and preventive maintenance on the mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment.
Performs work in high places, using ladders, scaffolding, etc.
Maintains equipment, tools, parts for repairs/replacement of systems and equipment.
Assists other maintenance staff in maintaining equipment throughout the campus and makes repairs when needed and assigned.
Maintains maintenance records.
Observes all safety regulations.
May perform duties of Maintenance I.
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Trade school
3 years of relevant experience 3 years in a related field
LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire
