FULL TIME-DAYS
- Conducts psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning with patients and or families.
- Utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities to provide short- and long-term psychotherapy to students and families.
- Completes all documentation in the electronic medical record, accurately reflecting the patient’s current condition, situational factors, and psychosocial imperatives and supporting billing and ethical guidelines.
- Refers and educates patients/families regarding community resources and provides follow-up.
- Engages in clinical and professional consultation and supervision.
- Supports performance improvement initiatives based on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
- Demonstrates responsibility for own professional growth and development.
- Provides mental health evidenced based curriculum to students. Responsible for tracking and entering data for grant reports and following all grant requirements.
- Required Master's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling
- 2 years of relevant experience Master’s prepared experience with youth in clinical therapy and crisis intervention Required
- LIC-Professional Counselor (LPC) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
- LIC-Master Social Worker (MSW-Master) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
