Position Summary 


The Enterprise Sales Executive – Minneapolis (Upper Midwest) is responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic accounts for CoreX, a ServiceNow Elite Partner. This role focuses on cultivating and leveraging relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem to identify opportunities, close large-scale enterprise deals, and accelerate CoreX’s growth in the Upper Midwest region. The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, building strong relationships, and successfully selling complex ServiceNow solutions and services. 


This is a remote position; candidates must be based in Minneapolis and have experience selling across the Upper Midwest territory.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals within the Minneapolis Upper Midwest territory. 
  • Leverage established relationships with ServiceNow sales teams, solution consultants, and ecosystem partners to generate and advance opportunities. 
  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise accounts, focusing on multi-year, high-value engagements. 
  • Drive account growth by expanding services within existing customer accounts. 
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate CoreX’s value proposition and differentiation. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, solutions, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales opportunities. 
  • Stay informed on ServiceNow product offerings, ecosystem developments, and industry trends to effectively position CoreX’s services. 
  • Accurately forecast pipeline, report on activity, and maintain CRM records. 
  • Represent CoreX at regional events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed. 
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 

 

Experience:  


  • 7 years of enterprise sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years selling ServiceNow solutions. 
  • Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding $3M annual quotas in professional services. 
  • Existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem (sales, alliances, and partner teams). 
  • Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. 
  • Experience working with or for ServiceNow Elite or Global Elite partners is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions and how to position them to meet customer needs. 
  • Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and consultative selling skills. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including with executive-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, VP). 
  • Ability to work independently, develop territory plans, and manage multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously. 
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 
  • High level of motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset. 


Candidates Meeting All Qualifications (Top-Tier, Highly Connected, Proven Overachiever): 

 

Base Salary: $140,000 – $175,000 per year 

 

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $240,000 – $300,000 per year (base commission bonuses) 

 

Factors Affecting Pay


  • Deep relationships with ServiceNow sales and alliances teams 
  • Consistent history of achieving or exceeding $3M annual quotas 
  • Experience selling high-value enterprise SaaS or professional services deals 
  • Proven track record of 150% quota attainment at previous roles 
  • Strong executive network (CIO, CTO, VP-level contacts) across the Upper Midwest territory
