Job Title: Customer Service Rep Reports to: Manager, CS
Type: Full-time, hourly
THE ROLE:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, assisting both customers and retailer partners with their daily needs. This role requires a detail-oriented, outgoing, and empathetic individual with a solid understanding of hemp and cannabis products. This position is for someone who can work Tuesday-Saturday.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
E-Commerce Support:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers to answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate order placements using our ticket system (Gorgias).
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and positively, focusing on effective resolutions.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about our products, including benefits of CBD, dosage guidelines, and company policies.
- Order Management: Assist customers with order inquiries, updates, and subscription management via Shopify and Skio.
- Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate customer feedback and concerns to the manufacturing, warehouse, wholesale, and marketing teams to improve service.
- Data Management: Maintain secure and confidential records of customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends in the CBD industry and share insights with customers.
- Team Meetings: Participate in weekly customer service meetings (Fridays at 11 am).
Wholesale Support:
- Wholesale Interaction: Respond to calls and messages from wholesale customers.
- Account Assistance: Guide wholesale customers through the account application process in Shopify.
- Order Processing: Assist wholesale customers with placing orders and managing payments in Shopify.
- Leadership Support: Direct wholesale inquiries to leadership when necessary.
SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES THAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (references required).
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias and Shipstation preferred.
- Skills: Strong prioritization, time management and multitasking skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Adaptability: Flexible to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Positive energy and reliability for team cohesion.
- Preferred Knowledge: HS diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Knowledge of CBD and related products
- Proficiency in Google Suite Office
