Role Description
This is a in person role for a Caregiver located in San Antonio and surrounding areas. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Caregivers will also help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing companionship to ensure the overall well-being of the clients. They will be expected to follow care plans, report any changes in the client's condition, and maintain clear communication with office staff in order to relay pertinent information to, family members, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
- Experience in personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Competency in meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Valid Texas Drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability
