About the Role
We are seeking a Christ-centered therapist who specializes in:
- Couples therapy
- Men's and adolescent mental health
- Sexual addiction and recovery
This role is for in-person sessions at our beautiful office in St. Augustine, FL.
Required:
- Active FL license: LMHC or LMFT (preferred) or Registered Intern pursuing LMHC
- Strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapy
- Experienced and passionate about working with male adolescents, adult men, and couples
- Believe in Cornerstone’s Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith.
Preferred:
- Training in Emotionally Focus Therapy or Gottman Method
- Expertise in treating compulsive sexual behavior and addiction from a clinical and biblical framework
- Commission pay: $70-$107/hour (licensed), $50-$56/hour (unlicensed)
- Paid clinical supervision and professional liability insurance

- Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 11am–1pm ET)
- Willingness to commit to at least two evening blocks or one evening and one Saturday block per week
- Maintain a caseload of 20–24 clients/week (60% schedule utilization minimum)
- Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications
- Build long-term client relationships (averaging 10 sessions per client)
