Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing & Construction Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the roofing and construction market
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals
- Utilize technology and in- person sales techniques to effectively present and demonstrate our products
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using a CRM software
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years' experience in sales
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to fairly negotiate and close deals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity a CRM software is preferred
• Strong business development skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients
• High motivation to generate new customers by door knocking
• Basic level of computer skills
• Interested in continued learning and growing/developing skills
• Reliable transportation
