1. Demonstrated experience in cloud deployment, DevOps, containerization, web service and API management, and compute optimization
2. Demonstrated experience in cloud database, storage, virtualization, and network configurations
3. Demonstrated experience using tracking and version control tools, such as GitHub and JIRA
2. Experience with the Sponsor's authorization and accreditation (A&A) process
