Position Summary:

We are seeking a market-savvy Product Manager with deep expertise in driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the commercial success of our innovative data management and analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities, differentiate from competitors, and refine value propositions.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, working closely with sales and marketing to position the product effectively in the marketplace.
  • Revenue Growth: Partner with sales to identify revenue-generating opportunities, including upselling, cross-selling, and pricing strategy.
  • Customer Outcomes: Define success metrics tied to customer adoption, ROI, and value realization to demonstrate product effectiveness.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute the product roadmap for data integration, management, and analytics solutions, aligning with customer needs and business goals. Prioritize feature development based on market trends, customer feedback, and data-driven insights.
  • Customer Engagement & Market Analysis: Engage with clients, analyze user feedback, and monitor industry trends to understand the evolving needs of the market. Use these insights to identify new opportunities and prioritize features that enhance product functionality and value.
  • Product Launch & Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead product launches and work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop messaging, support materials, and customer training resources. Drive adoption and ensure clients realize the full potential of the platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver high-quality products. Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and facilitate effective communication.
  • Analytics & Reporting Features: Guide the development of advanced analytics and reporting capabilities that offer deep insights into operational data, empowering users to make data-driven decisions. Develop a framework for creating and delivering metrics, benchmarks, and visualizations that highlight platform value.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven experience launching data or SaaS products and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams in highly collaborative environments.
  • Product Management Expertise: At least 5 years of product management experience with a focus on SaaS-based technology. Strong background in developing product roadmaps and guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights and product improvements.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with data analytics and reporting tools; understanding of KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs for data-centric platforms.
  • Project Management & Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile project management, including tools like Jira, to enhance team productivity and product alignment.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product vision and technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Data Product Management or Analytics) is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with travel or expense data platforms, business intelligence applications, or similar data-intensive environments.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment with a focus on data-driven products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
