```Duties```
- Assist the Rental Division team in daily operations and management of all faucets of property management with heavy focus on coordinating maintenance repairs with owners, vendors and tenants as well as performing move in, move outs and annual inspections.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and maintenance requests
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including creating online listings and coordinating advertising campaigns
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
```Experience```
- Experience with property leasing and sales techniques
- Proficiency in property management software such as Enumerate, App Folio and other software platforms we use in the office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
