What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician position at Cornerstone Residential?
Duties will include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs (dishwashers, washer/dryer, oven/stovetops, fridges), HVAC, painting and grounds. You will be getting apartments ready for move in. On call duties are required.

* Ability to work independently and organize tasks.
* Flexibility to be on call for emergencies only
* general maintenance experience in multi-unit residential a HUGE plus.
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and vehicle insurance.
*Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
*Have own basic tools
*Must be willing to commit to at least 1 year of employment
*HVAC certified is a plus, but not required
