Cornerstone –In-Home Intervention Program (IHIP) Rehabilitation Counselor

Our robust training program allows staff members to develop and grow in the position and provides the basis for upward mobility within the agency. The In-Home Intervention Program (IHIP) provides intensive in-home services to children, adolescents and their families to increase age-appropriate skills and resiliency.
Responsibilities of the IHIP Rehabilitation Counselor
-Provide high quality psychiatric rehabilitation & case management to children, adolescents and their families
- Work with the child’s family in the home environment to increase skills to prevent any future out-of-home placements.
-Develop person-centered treatment plans and recovery oriented goals
Qualifications of the IHIP Rehabilitation Counselor
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a related discipline is required.
-Additional experience must consist of at least one (1) year in direct service.
- Must have access to a personal vehicle that can be used for work purposes.
