Pay : $18-26 / hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule : 8 : 30am-5pm OR 8am-4 : 30pm, Monday-Friday
Duration : temporary for up to 3 months
Job Description : Seeking an honest responsible bilingual professional who is courteous and outgoing. The person must be organized, detail oriented, and efficient with excellent mutli-tasking skills.
Job Duties
Walking people through forms or MyChart
Deescalating phone calls
Data Entry
Answering incoming calls
Receive walk up traffic requesting records
Other duties assigned
Requirements :
Fluent in English and Spanish
Great Data Entry and attention to detail
1 years of medical office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
A positive attitude and a high standard of integrity
Enjoy working with people and providing customer service
Ability to maintain confidentiality
No visible tattoos or piercings
Must have high school diploma or GED
Sense of urgency must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must have a minimum of one year experience in a release of information setting in a hospital Health Information Management department or large outpatient clinic operation.
