Job Responsibilities :
As a Claims Coordinator , you will be the central point of contact for managing and ensuring the accuracy of claims files. Your primary duties include :
Customer Engagement : Answer and respond to inquiries from clients and borrowers, providing outstanding customer service.
Vendor Communication : Request status updates from vendors, including appraisers and skip-tracers, to ensure timely processing.
File Management : Research, compile, and obtain missing information on claims files via phone, fax, or email.
Documentation Accuracy : Verify that all required information and documentation are included before submitting files to the claims adjuster.
Problem Resolution : Assist borrowers, providers, and clients with questions or issues related to claims or policies, ensuring swift and efficient solutions.
Recordkeeping : Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all claims-related interactions.
Requirements :
Insurance Experience : Prior experience in the insurance industry is required .
Customer Service Expertise : Strong communication and organizational skills to provide an excellent customer experience.
