*Cornerstone *is looking for an extraordinary Recruiter – someone who can source, screen, and interview candidates like a pro! You’ll seek out qualified candidates for our contract and direct hire opportunities. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates, and your own passion and creativity will ignite them to work with our dedicated and driven team! If desired, you will assist the sales teams with a variety of sales activities!
Our Staffing Consultants combine deep-seated knowledge of staffing industry best practices with an entrepreneurial management style. Our process is high-tech, but our practice is high-touch. Historically a tough market to reach, clients love the unique ways Cornerstone targets searches to identity top talent for their unique positions.
JD:
* Identify, source, and screen candidates for our varied clients
* Develop strong relationships with hiring managers
* Ensure an unrivaled candidate experience by moving candidates through the recruiting process efficiently, driving hiring managers to a decision, and negotiating offers
* Contribute to the development of a cohesive and talented team
* Update, input and maintain accurate documentation, tracking and status of candidate records in the applicant tracking system
* Conduct various research projects and prepare recruiting reports as needed
*Qualifications: *What does it take to do this job?
* 3 years of internal recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated skills in all aspects of recruiting such as networking, sourcing, qualifying, screening, negotiating, and relationship management
* Previous experience recruiting managerial, administrative and sales professionals
* Strong knowledge of online recruiting techniques, social networking, and other sourcing tools
* Previous experience building successful working relationships with numerous hiring managers and functioning a business partner to facilitate hiring needs
* Ability to quickly assimilate technical information in order to build accurate job descriptions, candidate profiles, and recruiting strategies for targeting ideal candidates
* Previous experience working with sensitive and confidential information
* Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills
* Results-focused, team-oriented and a nerves of steel work ethic
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
* Superior oral and written communication skills
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
* Staffing Industry experience a HUGE plus!!
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
