Title: Appointment Setter
Location Bedford, TX | 100% Onsite
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 years of recent call center REQUIRED
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Verifiable professional references
• Comfortable working on a non-smoking campus
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $17.95 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Rotating two Saturdays/month, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Start date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
As the voice of the organization, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for donors, ensuring every interaction reflects compassion, professionalism, and purpose.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contact donors to schedule donation pick-up appointments
• Deliver empathetic, courteous service aligned with the non-profit's values
• Maintain call quality and scheduling accuracy across interactions
• Represent the client’s mission with integrity in every conversation
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Multi-line phone systems
• CRM or scheduling software
• Email and basic office productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Word)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in a non-profit or mission-oriented environment
• Demonstrated empathy and active listening in prior roles
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
