CUSTOMER SERVICE QUOTATION SPECIALIST
Location: Dallas, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18/hour
• Full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Paid parking provided
ROLE IMPACT
This role supports the client’s quotation and customer service operations by providing accurate pricing estimates, coordinating requests, and ensuring timely follow-up. Success in this position is defined by precision, efficiency, and the ability to communicate professionally while maintaining organized documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and process customer quotation requests with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Communicate with customers to clarify specifications and provide professional support
• Enter and maintain pricing, order, and customer data in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent delivery of client expectations
• Track, review, and follow up on outstanding quotes to ensure closure
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or quotation-related work
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM or ERP systems)
• Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the Dallas office
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar)
• Quote management and document tracking tools
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in estimating, quoting, or technical service environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
