What You’ll Be Working On
· Greeting clients, answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries
· Handling check-ins and check-outs
· Scheduling appointments, inputting new clients and patients
· Monitor daily schedule and flow
· Other duties as assigned by Lead CSR or Leadership Team
Qualifications
· Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
· At least one year of experience in a customer service role required
· Ability to work 5 days a week with two-night shifts and a rotating Saturday
· Highly motivated, with a passion for animals while providing great customer service
· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
