CTOA Physical Therapy is currently looking for an individual for a Front/Back Office position. We are looking for someone who is motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, organized with excellent communication and customer relations skills to join our outstanding team. This candidate must also have good knowledge of MS Word and Excel as well as prior knowledge of insurances.
Job Description:
- Check in/out patients
- Insurance verifications
- Managing authorizations from insurance companies as needed
- Collecting payments
- Scheduling appointments
- Data entry
- Answering multi-line phones
- Maintain lobby area
- Assisting the physical therapist in the provision of treatment to patients within the clinic under the direct supervision of a physical therapist. Duties will include front and back office.
