What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bag Range and Cart Attendant position at Coronado Country Club?

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The cart attendant will serve as the first point of contact with members and their guests, giving timely assistance by providing carts from the cart shed, to the cart staging area outside the pro shop.
They must observe the cart for damage before it goes out and again for damage when it comes back in. They immediately tell the pro shop attendant if there is damage and who was responsible.
The cart attendant will clean, put new scorecards, pencils, towels in the Club’s carts. They must always put full sand bottles in the golf carts.
Must keep the bag room clean, organized, and maintain records of bags stored and carts used daily.
Must keep the bag staging area clean and organized according to the bag rack list.
Removes bags from the bag storage room and loads onto carts.
Transports range balls to each end of the range and fills appropriate containers.
Keeps stocked pyramids of balls on evenly spaced intervals on the range at all times until closing.
Safely operates range cart and ball picker on range to retrieve balls.
Washes all range balls daily.
Removes bags from carts and returns bags to the assigned rack in the bag storage room. Observes carts for any damage.
Returns carts to cart shelter, moves towels, pencils, scorecards, tees, drink cans, etc. from the golf carts and saves reusable items, washes cart with pressure cleaner, parks cart in shelter and connects charger cable. At least every two weeks touches up the wax and armored all areas of the cart. Daily deep cleans the seat, dash, and cleans the windshield so that there are no water spots.
If it is determined that the cart requires maintenance, then you must set that cart aside and fill out a maintenance request form to the pro shop.
Members with private carts can request staff to perform cleaning and battery maintenance on their private golf cart. They will wash and when needed wax the cart. Wipe the windshield down to eliminate spotting. They will put armor all on all plastic except the top, steering wheel and floor board.
All repairs are to be completed by Club Car.
The cart attendant will ask the private cart owner if they may clean/wash their private cart.
