Full Job Description
Coronado is looking for a responsible person to provide front office/sales support.
Responsibilities
- Help Answer and direct most phone calls; relay messages; return calls
- Provide general support to visitors
- Write and distribute email, memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist Payroll Dept in the preparation of employment files, as new field employees are hired
- Maintain Personal filing systems
- Handle general office requests and queries from senior managers
- In support of Office Manager:
Skills
- Proven experience as a sales representative
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, internet research
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- History as a sales representative, is a plus
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- High School degree
