- You will focus on member management, member engagement, fitness training, program development and customer service!
You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- 3 years experience in the fitness industry
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
- ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification preferred

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:
- Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
- Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
- Manages all aspects of fitness center operations, to include statistics and operating budget
- Represents Corporate Fitness Works through communication with the client and CFW leadership, to include creating reports and attending meetings
- Ensures quality of incentive and well-being programs to exceed client expectations through member engagement
- Creates and maintains a supportive, friendly, environment where respect is demonstrated, contributions are recognized and process improvement is expected
- Oversee group movement program and lead new and innovative group exercise classes
- Communicate expectations and support development
- Support CFW culture and initiatives
