We are actively seeking experienced payroll specialist for our branch. This position handles high customer support calls as well as data entry and data processing for clients. This position's primary functions are to process payrolls for our clients on a daily basis while providing customer service via phone and email on their accounts.

Job Duties:

  • Data entry and import of data into system
  • Review data for completeness and accuracy
  • Report potential issues to customer(s)
  • Calculate and process payroll related changes
  • Research, escalate to support team and/or resolve customer or system problems
  • Verify payroll output against reports
  • Provide excellent customer service while handling high inbound call volume
  • Provide excellent customer service via email support.

Qualifications:

  • Basic mental math skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Basic understanding of spreadsheets and web browsers, as required
  • Ability to work individually and in a team with tight deadlines

Shift:

Full Time ( Mon- Fri)

Training:

90 Day paid training on site.

Compensation:

Starting hourly rate of pay may be increased in the first 90 days by passing payroll certification exams which are administered at the work site.
