If you are energetic and outgoing with experience in account management or B2B sales, apply now. We are seeking experienced sales professionals for a full-time salaried position offering a base pay plus uncapped commission potential. On-target earning potential will be between $80,000 to $90,000 (including commissions) in the first year. This position will focus on new business development. Leads are 50% self generated through cold calls to businesses provided on leads lists and 50% generated through the company's marketing and insides sales call center teams.

Essential Duties:

  • Cold call and market our Payroll and H.R products and services to businesses to close sales
  • New business development through direct prospecting efforts and networking
  • Schedule and run presentations/ demos with executives, business owners, and decision makers in person or using online platforms such as Skype, Zoom, GoogleMeet, RingCentral etc.
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of b2b sales experience
  • 2 years of lead generation and business development
  • A valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experienced with online video meeting platforms such as Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, RingCentral etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
