Seeking an attorney to assist on trust and estate matters. Compensation is based on experience. Recent law graduates that have passed the bar are invited to apply. Also attorneys that wish to explore a different practice area.

You will learn how to handle contested and routine probate matters and guardianships. You will also have an opportunity to learn and utilize your litigation skills in this unique area of law. We will come up with a plan to help you develop your skills based on your strengths and your professional goals.
Our team consists of two seasoned attorneys, all with more than 20 years of experience, which means that you will have the support you need to guide you quickly through your professional development. Our team of highly trained paralegals can also make your transition into this area of the law seamless.
The ideal applicant is Spanish speaking and is interested working with families to address and resolve legal issues surrounding death and incapacity. You will be assigned your own cases and have an opportunity to work independently.

Critical Requirements: A law degree from an accredited law school and bar license. You need to be detailed oriented.

Hours: Full time.
Job Description:
- Appear on court calls for estate administration and guardianship cases
- Prepare informal estates and trust administration
- Handle contested proceedings such as Will Contests, Citations to Recover and heirship evidentiary hearings
- Manage client files
