CT Graphic Arts is looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant / Warehouse Assistant with knowledge of Business to Business relationships, customer relationships, experience with warehouse duties such as shipping, receiving & inventory control. The successful candidate will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care as well as supporting our dedicated customer service associates and outside sales reps and assisting the warehouse manager when needed. Additionally, the qualified candidate will need to be able to lift some heavy boxes and some large items while fulfilling the warehouse assistant duties that come with the job's responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Competitive salary based on candidate experience level

- Assisting with all aspects of customer service and care
- Supporting customer service associates and outside sales representatives
- Assisting warehouse manager when needed, (will include some lifting of heavy boxes, and managing large items in the warehouse, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years' of customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes and manage large items / palletize products etc.
