Responsibilities:
- Accurately and promptly process daily online orders.
- Communicate effectively with customers to inform them of their order status.
- Package parts securely for shipping.
- Prepare packaged parts for shipping and delivery pick-up.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of computers and online shopping.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- General mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
