Job Description
- Prepare and record journal entries
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
- Manage Fixed Assets and Prepaid
- Coordinate yearly audit including preparing all supporting reports and documentation
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Be involved in reimbursement, payroll and AP processes·
- General HR responsibilities which include and is not limited to Employment, Recruitment, Benefits and Compensation, etc.
- Maintain accurate file, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation
- Support any ad hoc duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 5 years of working experience
- Bilingual skill in Mandarin Chinese
- Tax preparation (state and federal income tax returns) experience preferred
- Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and in a team
