Dental Operations Manager

Cortland Dental & Braces - a Benevis company is seeking a highly skilled District Dental Director to oversee the operational efficiency of dental teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to government and state dental board rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Develop and implement coaching programs to enhance doctor performance and patient satisfaction.
• Foster a productive environment for doctors, staff, and patients through effective communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leaders to drive business growth and improve clinical performance.

This role requires active participation in community events and effective management of scheduling to meet patient demands. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of management experience in a multi-site dental practice, a DDS/DMD degree, and current licensure to practice dentistry.
