What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN UNIT MANAGER position at Cortland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center?

This position would require oversight of a 40 bed long term care unit with near full capacity. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate their staff to provide the utmost care for our residents.
Qualifications and Skills: Must be a NYS Licensed Registered Nurse. CPR Certified is preferred but not required.
