Key Responsibilities :
- Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate AP / AR reports and financial records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Lead external / internal communication and initiatives to improve and maintain current account balances.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Support the accounting team with general bookkeeping and financial analysis as needed.
