Shift: 7am-7pm Friday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in visitors/patients upon arrival, determining their needs and directing them accordingly.
- Accurately register patients’ demographic information, emergency contacts, and insurance details.
- Collect and record co-pays and payments at check-in, as well as reconcile daily receipts.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure secure handling of documents.
- Provide office support, including opening and closing the front office and assisting in the Patient Portal.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in typing and operating office equipment, including computers.
- Previous experience in medical office procedures is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude towards the public.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
